He asked that I send him 2 things so he could begin understanding the problem: a description of the problem and our setup (including model info). By Monday morning he called to say he had some ideas and immediately came by to work on the system. Wireless was up and running within minutes (after some correction to our router configuration) and we were back in business. Our printer problem took a little longer to resolve so he ‘hardwired’ the printer so we could use it immediately then set to work to resolve the wireless issue. I am so happy I found Tech Me Back. Eddy is professional, personable and really cares about doing a great job for his customers. His expertise is obvious the minute you begin to discuss the issue but his explanations are down-to-earth and understandable - no ‘tech-speak!’ Tech Me Back's hourly rates are very reasonable and it offers both on-site and off-site support (very cool when your tech support can log in remotely!). There are very few Apple service providers in Charlotte - and those that exist are hard to locate. I highly recommend Tech Me Back to anyone having computer issues.”
